Budo (Quadruple martial arts benefits): Budo is perfectly balanced by incorporating grappling, strikes, throwing and kicking techniques from Judo/ Jujitsu, Karate-Do, Aikido, Tae Kwon-Do, and western boxing. This curriculum simultaneously provides internal and external conditioning to the student meanwhile working towards the Black Belt in all four arts. Other topics include history, philosophy as well as both traditional and practical application of these martial sciences.
BQX2, – FITNESS FOR FIGHTING WORKOUT
BQX2 (Adult performance and fitness work out): BQX2 is a special combination of fitness and performance exercises. The program incorporates internal exercises (Qigong, Tai Chi and Yoga), with external methods (Boxing, Tae Kwon-Do, and Kick Boxing) to create an exponential (X2 ) result.
