In August of 2023, Zhang Sah was awarded a private academic school license by the PA Board of Education and is now the nation’s very first, fully licensed, Martial Arts Based Private Academic School in the USA. We have a unique curriculum with the goal to educate multi-lingual, brave scholars, who are ready to succeed in any high school. Some key highlights about our school are:

Academics
Zhang Sah School’s Kindergarten Class uses the Creative Curriculum to teach and enrich our students.

Experiential Learning
Students at Zhang Sah School are engaged in learning valuable lessons through direct experience, engagement, and reflection. Zhang Sah believes in immersing students in real-world scenarios, encouraging active participation, and hands-on involvement.

Small Class Size
Zhang Sah’s class sizes are small and allow us to provide for an educational experience that is personalized, and supports enhanced learning, better academic outcomes, and stronger relationships.

Multilingual Program
All students of Zhang Sah are introduced to and taught both Mandarin and Spanish, the first and second most spoken languages in the world. Zhang Sah strives to provide students with the opportunity and skills to be citizens of the world. In addition to English, learning both of these languages provides students with a better understanding of other cultures, the ability to interact constructively with more people, and the tools to thrive in an increasingly diverse world.

Martial Arts
All Zhang Sah students learn traditional martial arts (Karate and Judo). These traditions support developing athletic skills and capacities at a very high level. They also boost health and confidence and equip students with the tools to be resilient, courteous, benevolent, and humble.
